What are your income requirements?
To qualify, your monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount.
What documentation do I need to apply?
You will need to provide either your two most recent paystubs or a job offer letter, whichever is the most recent.
Do you allow co-signers?
Yes, you can inquire about co-signer options with our management office.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, all lease holders are required to have renter's insurance.
How much do utilities usually cost?
Utilities and services billed separately by a utility provider: Gas, Electric, Telephone, Cable and Internet.
Utilities and services allocated to Resident: Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling.
The "Allocated Charges" are based on consumption and will be billed separately.
What is your pet policy?
We allow a maximum of 2 pets.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Yes, we do have breed restrictions.
Do you offer affordable units / accept housing vouchers?
We have a total of 50 income-based apartments in the community. Please inquire with our Leasing Office regarding specific income limits. Section 8 vouchers can be used for our income-based apartments.
Is there parking / guest parking? (And is there a fee?)
Surface level, and guest parking is complimentary around the community. Climate-controlled parking is available at an additional fee.
Do you have a pool or hot tub?
No, we do not.
Is your community smoke-free?
Yes, our community is smoke-free.
What schools are you assigned to?
Elementary School: Poplar Bridge Elementary; Middle School: Valley View Middle School; High School: John F. Kennedy High School.
Do you have a dog park?
No, we do not have a dog park but there is plenty of green space around and near the community.
Do you have furnished apartments?
No, we do not offer/have furnished apartments.
What type of internet do you have?
Our community is pre-wired with Xfinity always on internet.
Do you offer guest suites?
No, we do not. There are nearby hotels for extended stays.
