Security deposit ($400), application fee per applicant ($40), and move-in fee ($200) are due at the time of application to hold your requested home.
Utilities and services billed separately by a utility provider: Gas, Electric, Telephone, Cable and Internet.
Utilities and services allocated to Resident: Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling.
The "Allocated Charges" are based on consumption and will be billed separately.
